Pear Tree Property Services Logo Design
Jesse and Paullo of Pear Tree Property Services came to us looking to refresh the brand side of their thriving property service company.
As in most communities, the property service market is filled with individuals and businesses doing their best to market themselves through branding initiatives and word-of-mouth advertising. So when Jesse and Paulo told us they wanted a logo that would stand out, we knew the journey would entail more than just designing an amazing mark. After all, when everyone is trying to stand out (or “pop”…oh how we detest that word), then nobody is standing out.
So instead we decided to take a humanist approach, attaching importance to the viewer by offering them a peaceful, recognizable mark that is easily recalled. In doing so we placed significance on looking premium, conveying quality and efficiency, being community driven and approachable. In our initial discussion, Paullo said, “Most companies look like they're just out there cutting grass…we want to be viewed as more than that. Those type of companies are all generic, and we want to be unique!”
After taking all that in, we got to work developing the logo you see here, a simple, timeless mark that is friendly, memorable and efficient. Just like the team from Pear Tree Property Services.
